SMD FORCING CUSTOMER TO BUY A CAR THAT IS A PATCHWORK OF OTHER CARS AND BODY PARTS. CAR ADVERTISED AS FORD RANGER BUT HAS DIY PAINT AND REPAIR WORK WITH PARTS BRANDED ISUZU AND BRANDED VW AMAROK.
SMD FORCING CUSTOMER TO BUY A CAR THAT IS A PATCHWORK OF OTHER CARS AND BODY PARTS. CAR ADVERTISED AS FORD RANGER BUT HAS DIY PAINT AND REPAIR WORK WITH PARTS BRANDED ISUZU AND BRANDED VW AMAROK. - When I got to the Pretoria branch, the guys who was I asked by the receptionist to assist me, straight-out laughed at me to face and chuckled with his colleague, he made me feel belittled and feel like a stupid and a *****, he continued with his ridicule of me and this banter with his colleagues. - When I finally got to see the car I was shocked. The SMD guy who ridiculed me told me that he actually worked on the car and would not recommend that I or anyone buy it unless for salvage. - The car is repainted, very badly,the paint work is neither neat nor professional - The car bodywork has polyfill all over the cracks, the polyfill is untidly app**** and is all over the place forming unsighlty and uneven layers and layers of pollyfill 8. The car has several parts from several cars of at-least 2different makes that I could identify, it is a Ford Ranger, with ISUZU magwheels, parts from AMAROK VW and some DIY parts. - I hereby therefore make a demand for the reimbur*****t of my money with immidate effect. Horrible laptop.
Bought it and in less than a year while typing the keyboards would not work even when I connect it to a usb keyboard still wouldn't function. They just fool us with how cheap the laptop is but in the end it's not worth it because you would have wasted money buying it only to go but another last-minute. I regret ever buying it.

Don't buy a connex
This was the most useless laptop I've ever owned .lests start with the casing it falls apart wish I could show you . On shipping the laptop windows did not work .. every time I boot it up it takes like 45 min please don't buy this product it is utter useless

Poors Communication and service
My vehicle had an accident , which was a write off , i offered the insurance to buy the vehicle back , but i was told to contact SMD to get first preference to buy back , i was contact by Kwenama Ngcoya and was told to register and bid . I email Kwenama to state that i have problem with the registration, so i was advised to come to SMD for assitance , my next question to her was are u open on a Saturday, which i had not received a response , then my next eamil to her was with my bid , still never got any response, but today i see the vehicle was sold , and still no response . Very poor service from SMD , SMD maybe the auction was not an auction

Disgusting service and vehicle!
If I am able to give a 0 star rating I most definitely would! I bought a vehicle from your Durban branch and this vehicle was delivered to me on Saturday stripped and stolen dry by the time the vehicle arrived by me!! I've been buying vehicles for 20 YEARS! Let me say that again 20 YEARS! I am not a client that only buys here and there I'm buying vehicles weekly!! I will rather much rather be taking my business else where because clearly SMD does not require my business anymore!

If I am able to give a 0 star rating I most definitely would!
