Don't buy a connex
This was the most useless laptop I've ever owned .lests start with the casing it falls apart wish I could show you . On shipping the laptop windows did not work .. every time I boot it up it takes like 45 min please don't buy this product it is utter useless

Bad service
We have been trying to open business acciunt for an Npo for two weeks first the emails bounced back . The number we got jus st keeps disconnecting . Eventually we took all the paper work to the branch .... IT has been seven days not even a reply dont you want new Clients or what ?

Telkom is losing us money .
We have been trying to move an adsl line from eshowe to mandini for more than a month now with no luck . The requested documents Telkom asked for has been resent 6 times . So we are paying for internet that we cant use and no work can be done . This is a business line this is unacceptable . Albert Fourie 0648357867

Vodacom service unusable
Internet so slow for the last 3 days unable to do marketing on facebook . This is my income and 16th 17th 18th and loaded data everyday .I have lodged several complaints over the last few mothes then it works for a week and we start again . You would think at the rate we are paying for data this would be a stable service..... Please sort this out now i pay for my data but cant use it . I have been lodging complaints with vodacom since june. Another noteworthy incedident was on 12 december that no one in town could even make a phone call useing vodacom for several hours . This was also not the first time.

Vodacom is providing an acceptable service
Un usable internet in Mandini again ... i have to complain atleast 3 times a month i lose busness and the data i paid for . Internet been intermittent for the last 3 days in our area on Vodacom the same guys charging you R99 for a 1 Gb that expires in 30 days . But no service ... and for poor people that have to buy 1 gb for 1 day and the service is unusable for up to 8 hours ? service in mandeni is useless . And yes i have a list of names that agree . Service in our area is intermittent at best .

Vodacom No signal Mandini
Since last thursday 20 august 2020 the signal in Mandini KZN has been intermittend with the signal becomming so bad in the evening that it can hardly be used. 25 August 2020 18:14 signal went away completely for more than 4 hours No calls no internet browsing was possible .This was the forth or 5 time this week for hours each time . Phoned call center when it was posible after 10:00 pm that evening . callcentre attendant was not helpfull and did not listen to complaint she said i dont have any airtime on the phone so she cant understand my qwery .... kept on saying that on her side she does not see anything wrong . Iv lost gigs of data and had missed appointments accourding to this.
