I have been a dotsure client since 2017 and I have only had fantastic service. The claiming process is super easy and the turn around time is prompt. I have only ever had amazing service from Dotsure! Thank you!!
If I am able to give a 0 star rating I most definitely would! I bought a vehicle from your Durban branch and this vehicle was delivered to me on Saturday stripped and stolen dry by the time the vehicle arrived by me!! I've been buying vehicles for 20 YEARS! Let me say that again 20 YEARS! I am not a client that only buys here and there I'm buying vehicles weekly!! I will rather much rather be taking my business else where because clearly SMD does not require my business anymore!
I sent a parcel on Monday 15-11 to Mosselbay. My parcel is missing. I've been told about 6 times that Aramax has escalated this but I get no feedback. I've complained, I've sent countless emails, I've phoned, I've asked to speak to a supervisor and still I've gotten no answer and no call from a supervisor. My parcel is just missing. Jhb cannot find it and George Aramax say they never received it! Please can Aramax call my 10 year old niece and explain why she isn't getting a gift from me!
As always I have the best experience every time I submit my pet insurance claim. My claim is always processed super fast. I had a query and Chantelle Groenewald assisted me immediately and rectified the problem. Best pet insurance
I have never been so disappointed with a claim in my life! I fell playing soccer at the end of Jan before going to the Dr I called Discovery and was told as long as it is a sports related injury my medical aid will cover. I went to the Dr who of course sent me for x-rays after telling the Dr it is a sports related injury and she didn't activate it on her side due to load shedding a month later I received the bill from the radiologist no one at Discovery advised them that there was no sports injury activated I then resubmitted the claim 3 times before a agent said last week Thursday no problem all I need to do is call my Dr and ask her to activate the sports injury then resubmit the claim. I called Discovery to follow up cause I get 0 feedback unless I call them. To be told the claim will not be processed as there was no sports injury activated EVEN though I was told just last week that all I need to do is ask my Dr to activate it which is exactly what I did! I am so disappointed in my medical aid!
I bought two Fitbit's from FNB in October however BOTH have broken it has taken 2 weeks for the one to be collected and to date no feedback regarding what the problem is or how they will fix it. I have also logged a fault with my second Fitbit and the Fitbit has still not been collected. The after sales service I have received has been shocking! I will never recommend any FNB Smart devices merely due to the support I've received! Shame on you!

<p>Dearest Vodacom! </p> <p><br />I have had the worst experience with you for the last 4 months!! Since being a loyal customer of Vodacom for many years and having always said "Vodacom is the best network" I am now being shown differently! Since the end of November 2016 I have logged numerous queries, so many that I have actually lost count! For some reason I am no longer notified by Vodacom when my data is depleted which has lead to me using data at a ridiuclous amount per mb because my service provider decided to stop notifying me when I am either out of data or reaching my limit. Bearing in mind that this was something Vodacom always did! <br /><br />After numerous calls I was told that the service has been activated within 10mins I should switch my phone on and off and all would be right with my account again and I would be notified when my data is low or depleted. As naive as I am I believed this! Up until I received my bill in January. <br /><br />I logged a dispuit regarding my account as I refuse to pay for data at a ridiculous price because I am not being told I have no more data. I have always bought more data at a more affordable rate if need be. But since logging the dispute on the 25th of January I have had NO feedback! I called again mid Feb to be told I will be getting a refund and that Vodacom will call me with more detail. Of course no call! I received my bill last night and I have been beyond shocked at the amount that I have been charged with this month! Of course I tried disputing this invoice but "Your system is down" and you would send me my reference. Of course no reference number has been sent to me. To make my matters worse the query I logged on the 25th of Jan was apparently logged to the wrong department so nothing has been done about this! <br /><br />I have spent R2552.52 on data in the last 4 months due to the incompetence of Vodacom! <p>I am at my wits end with Telkom and in specific Telkom Direct in Greenstone Mall. I went there last week Weds to do a simple sim swop it took a full week to activate and of course once the sim was activated I cannot find the new sim I went yesterday at 11:20am to do yet another sim swop and before leaving I asked the lady how long it will take before it was activated, She informed me it is already activated. Of course upon arriving back at the office the sim isn't activated... I tried calling no answer from the store! </p>
<p>I had such amazing service from Nigel this morning, he was so helpful and definetly made my signing up to outsurance effortless. Overall outstanding service</p>
