10/10 Customer Service Experience! I had a query regarding an Ebony Carmen hot comb I purchased through Dischem Mall of Africa. I emailed both Carmen and Dischem, and to my surprise, they responded within 24 hours! My issue was then escalated to Ruan Potgieter in the returns department — an absolute superstar.

Ruan was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. He listened to my concern and resolved the matter with the store in under 4 hours. I have rarely experienced such outstanding service.

Ruan is truly an asset to SMD Technologies, and we as clients are lucky to have someone like him assisting us.
