Couldn’t be more disappointed with their customer service. I bought a keyboard at Comic con on Friday, and it was a huge mistake. To start with, the guy who helped me selected the incorrect item when I was paying, I noticed and then corrected him and I went to fetch the price tag to show him the correct price. They then put the payment through as a double payment of over R6000. I stated I only wanted the one before they made the payment, but they were too busy having their own conversation to hear me. When I realised I told them I can’t afford to pay double and need a refund immediately, to which they responded in irritation and said they actually don’t offer refunds. I insisted that it wasn’t what I wanted and again they got more irritated and the man who helped me just disappeared. I then stood there waiting for them, eventually someone else approached and said they could refund me in cash, I explained that I wasn’t comfortable running around a event as big as comic con with so many people with that amount of cash in my backpack. Which they then responded to with acting like I was being an inconvenience, when it was their own incompetence that lead to this. After arguing I finally managed to convince them to refund me via EFT and gave my bank details as well as took the consultants name and contact number. (Because of how they were treating me I could see I would need someone to contact , I had a lot of doubt they had any intention of refunding me) She said the amount would be transferred later that afternoon. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND, I messaged the consultant and at first she just ignored me, and today she finally responds and tells me that the amount will be reflect this afternoon. I obviously haven’t received my money back. Not only were they *********** with the worst customer care I’ve experienced in a long time, they were also straight up careless, and made it out to seem like an error on my part. On top of that I have been promised to be refunded for their mistake and received nothing. R3000 may not be worth a lot to the company, but it’s a hell of a lot for a young woman that has to pay her debit orders 2 days later. In the 15 years I’ve spent buying tech for gaming, I’ve never had an experience as bad as this one, and for that reason I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend that anyone purchase anything from them.
