Redmi Note 13 Pro with Smeshmega
I ordered a phone Redmi Note 13 Pro specifically with size 256Gb. Their service was very fast, but they send me the 128Gb version. I specifically ordered the phone and needed the bigger phone. They have a branch in Johannesburg. They said it would cost them too much money to send it back but they can offer me a refund for the difference. The problem is that when the phone is full (and with the apps I use I need the space on the phone itself). They said they would find out about a compatible nano sd card. Still waiting for them to respond with a solution. Problem is still a nano sim will not solve my problem and they don't want to fix their mistake. As I said, their communication started out very well and I was impressed, but I am really disappointed that they don't take responsibility for their mistake and replace the phone as I ordered it. I hope this review helps someone else not to get in the same dilemma. SMESHMEGA, sorry but your response is not accurate. I have not declined to return the product but have indicated that as you already have about R1000 of my money related to the more expensive product I ordered, have no relationship with your Chinese supplier and the fact that you sent the wrong product, I am not prepared to pay shipping to China. I am happy to bring it to your Braamfontein office in exchange for a full on the spot refund.

I wanted to try the website with a small order before buying a more expensive phone. I ordered a small drone, that says, xiaomi, but when rad carefully it says for xiaomi. I order progress was not very clear. I gave a call that was answered , but didn't sound very professional as there kids crying and so on. The website shows a full team , but in reality I think it's a one man show. Anyway I managed finally to see progress online for delivery that was a sms and phone call to collect from SA post. The whole process, needs more clarity and transparence The drone was of poor qualtiy, and will order w real xiaomi drone from another website
