Unqualified Security Guard
********ly stopped me by parking they're car in the middle of the road, harassed me for apparently riding up and down a public road with a modified exhaust on my motorcycle that is within legal limits and proceeded to try to take my key and force me to take my helmet off to take photos of my face. Security guard refused to give me his information. Happened around 3 months ago in Hartenbos.

Smhart feel safe
excellent response time when panic button at my shop is pressed , very fair amount of response officers. and very friendly , affordable.

Excellent security company
I see daily how Smhart uplifts our community and go the extra mile to make our town a save place. I overcame anxiety after joining Smhart. They react very fast. They provide excellent service. I am a happy customer. They also take good care of my family in Jeffreysbay. Thank you Smhart team.

Excellent security company

SMHart, the Best community based security company
Looters and ****nists set some truck alight on 28 October 2020 and looted the cargo of cement. A second truck was also set alight and container broken open. When looters wanted to set a third DHL Courier alight, SMHart Security Tactical team was on the scene and secured the safety of the DHL Courier truck. They waited until the situation was calm up to where the Courier truck could pass through Cradock safely. On any other crime related incident, SMHart is always first on the scene. SMHart Security Company is also a company that's involved in community projects. Each1 Feed1 is a feeding initiative in Cradock that serve the community with a hot meal since Covid-19 started, and they assist us with transportation to deliver those hot meals to the needy community members. The community of Cradock is proud of you. Keep on doing what you do Excellently

Co-incidental break-ins...
<p>I rent a house in St Francis Bay with a security contract to SMHART security. I have been broken into and robbed of a substantial amount of belongings twice. Both break-ins occured while the alarm was off, once due to a mis-understanding with my domestic worker, and once on the advice of SMHART security (they recommended Ileave the alarm off while my dog is in the house, and said that it was impossible to install pet beams/configure the alarm to work while the dog is there). I have only had attempted break-ins the very next day after the first break-in while the alarm is activated, and there is no way to tell if the alarm is on or not from the outside of the house. During the 6 months between break-ins, there have been no attempts. I find it VERY suspicious that the two break-ins and robberies have occured ONLY on the two occasions that the alarm has been off..... I requested a second remote and an alarm indicator light on multiple occasions, and after countless coversations and visits to the security company's office, I eventually gave up on getting the remote. Admittedly SMHART's response times have been impressive, but in the last two weeks the company has failed to respond to accidental alarms on numerous occasions.</p>
