Avoid Smiles Property At All Cost!!!
Smiles Property deserves a zero star. It’s a nightmare leasing with them. The property is filthy, infested with ****roaches, the cupboards are falling apart, the doors can’t even lock - they had been promising to send maintenance for almost a month now.
When you move out they will keep all the deposit and come up with a ridiculous fees for minor repairs. You will be charged R3950 for repainting a spot on a wall.
I would never recommend anyone to rent out with Smiles property.

The infestation is still on going, no one has attempted to assist.
There has been a guy yesterday, 07/02/2025 who came to evaluate fixing the drawers, cupboard and doors.
Keep in mind the we moved in November 2024.
