I WOUDN'T RENT FROM SMILE PROPERTY UNLESS YOU HAVE A LAWYER ON HAND

The deposit That I gave them 10 years ago accrued interest at a rate they cant explain . When I gave notice the owner of the property , gave instructions to smile property not to deduct any costs and refund the full deposit and interest . In terms of a late payment of rent for a specific month they would send a letter of demand and a statement with additional costs and I would then settle that specific amount and nothing would then appear as outstanding . Then in an ********* turn of events they then sent a statement for interest charged on late payments when i gave notice , then added up and deducted from my deposit . This interest is no where to be seen on any previous statements as outstanding and very underhanded . Should a potential tenant want to rent and you find that smiley property Group is the administrator THEN MAKE SURE YOU WALK AWAY OR HAVE A COMPATENT LAWYER ON HAND . THIS COMPANY IS ********* AND DEVIOUSE .
