ACCOUNT STILL OPEN AFTER SETTLING IT
I settled a personal loan account a while ago and I was advised that Nedbank will issue the paid letter and to my surprise says I am not the first customer to complain about this. Nancy has not said anything to me to date and I am surprised that on my credit profile the account reflect open and changes made on the 31st of March. Exactly what is going on???

19 May 2022, 09:31I called Nedbank and spoke to a consultant by the name of Rochel who advised that I to was not the first one to request a paid up letter from Nedbank from Smith and Smiths attorneys. Smith- Smiths Attorney is sending me messages on WhatsApp threatening me that I should remove this. They said to me the letter would arrive in 3 weeks and this is the third week still no response from them. Is how customers are treated now being threatned??

20 May 2022, 11:17I have finally been assisted and have received the paid up letter. The complaint can be deleted. Involving the ombudsman has greatly assisted.
