Debited R335.98 without consent.I want proof of the call recording where I agreed to this urgently and demand a cancellation.
My premium and access was increased without my knowledge , I would like to cancel with immediate effect as I have got another insurance with less premium and less access.
I pay almost R3000 monthly for medical aid with Bonitas on the Primary option. To my surprise when I went to the dentist today ,I had to pay cash because I don’t have dental cover!! How is that possible and why? They rejected everything even the doctors consultation. I haven’t used the medical aid this year and now this. I signed up with Anam Mathiso from Tendaonline and I remember very well on the call that it was mentioned that I have a separate cover for dental care and today I don’t have it. I want the call recording !!
My package was due for delivery this morning and the driver called when I was at work which is 10 minutes away from my work place. I asked the driver if he can please deliver it to my work place as I had just left for work and he said no. I then said I will call someone who can collect my package for me which I did and got back to him. The driver was very rude and refusing to understand what I was saying. At the boom gate you ONLY REQUIRE a code if you will go through the second gate which is what I was explaining to him. The person whom I got to collect my package was by the first gate where the driver would not need a code to enter. He hung up the phone and on me. Also as I was talking to him , he kept on talking to other people and left the place said he was delivering to another client. When I asked how you can be talking to mw while busy with other people because there will be a break of communication, he said I was not the only client. The driver left the building like that and has been ignoring my calls.
On the 29th of February 2024 , a lady by the name of Hlengiwe Ntshingila from FNB Business Banking contacted me and told me about potential investment opportunities which I declined too. To my surprise a credit enquiry was done on this day without my consent. This is a violation of my rights as a customer and I am taking the matter to the ombudsman. I am closing my account with immediate effect and moving it elsewhere. I want that credit enquiry to be sorted with immediate effect.
Why is a balance of R27 appearing on my credit profile on Clear Score yet I do not owe instead I have a credit balance. I demand to cancel my subscription with you with immediate effect. I cannot be fighting with you all the time. Firstly I was double debited last month and was told I will receive a credit, till this day I have not received it.
I requested to cancel my subscription for the old tracker and was emailed that it would be cancelled. I have always paid extra for my tracker and have a credit balance. To my surprise I have been debited R465.20 without my authorization and no explanations was made for this. WHAT'S GOING ON???
I have been trying to contact rain from the 01st of February and logging in to my account to request a cancellation but not successful. I want to cancel my subscription with immediate effect.
I signed up for a tracker with my Telematics and was told a technician would come install the tracker at my address. I am still waiting and it has been two days now.
