PAID UP ACCOUNT NOT CLOSED

I received a settlement discount from Nedbanks attorneys Smith & Smith which I paid in full on the 15 December 2020. I subsequently received my paid up letter and thought all was well until I received a call from another attorney firm claiming that I still owe Nedbank. I escalated this to Smith & Smith as well as Nedbank but gave received no joy. My profile still reflects the account as open and in arrears. I would appreciate it if someone from either organization could help me URGENTLY!!!!
