Poor service

They are bad at giving feedback, they never update us on the progress of the Estate. They keep on ask for documents each time or request us to do things later and not inform us on time. I understand where there is no WILL the process is long but at least have the decency to update the beneficiaries. It is part of the process.

I am very unhappy with the service received by this company and I shall not recommend anyone to them
