Very professional, patience and friendly. General I love their service this is second car we are insuring with them
They are bad at giving feedback, they never update us on the progress of the Estate. They keep on ask for documents each time or request us to do things later and not inform us on time. I understand where there is no WILL the process is long but at least have the decency to update the beneficiaries. It is part of the process. I am very unhappy with the service received by this company and I shall not recommend anyone to them
They failed to forward proof of the account they are collecting for under their reference TRAC80034, after I contacted them waiting which company are they collecting and for which car are they reffering to for the tracker
On the 15th of this month. I ordered kfc online my order was canceled and to date I haven't received my money back
Please cancel the series of charge. All documents were provided the car it's a write off and not drivable. I am fixing the car on my own. Now I don't under the forced series of charge made against my account. It was canceled now it back on again
Why did you put a listing on my profile in bureau that I have exceeded my limit, where as if I ran out of the airtime you load I have to buy my own airtime? What did I exceed? And your consultants can't even answer me.
You keep on sending me a letter of demand where as I have responded to your email and you are not responding. I informed you I cannot communicate via phone during working hours due to the nature of my work. Please respond to my email and stop harassing me
My husband was involved in an accident, the insurance rejected the claim due to calculate speed and not taking consideration of what caused the accident nor the AR report. We have requested for the detailed report of how the speed was calculated and the calls made between the policy holder, insurer and the third party, now they say that is confidential they cannot give that information and the rejection has got nothing to do with the calls, but we were told that there were tyre marks showing that the car was driving on high speed and there was no vehicle chasing him. Accredeble towing truck has the photos as well. When we ask for all this information they are not giving it to us. Be very careful with the insurance as they are happy to debit the account and refuse to pay. All we want is proof of the allegations then we will be happy.
We have been advised by the assessor that our policy is cancelled and we received this information last night at 20:31, we are not happy with the outcome. According to the miway consultants the policy is still active. We are so confused as we dont know what to do. We cannot get the car insured with other insurers due to the outcome of dishonesty. We still owe the finance house and now we stuck as we can't get insured. What to we do then till the dispute department investigates the matter?
I've never been this disappointed with Woolworths service. They never reply to emails you call them they refer to an email which they ignore
