Toxic working space, no care about how the employees work. They over work their employees without even paying over time. A person could work 4 hours above their actual shift but not being paid an overtime salary. Taking advantage of disadvantaged people. Manager doesn't care about their employees complaints. Bad structural order, employees sometimes do managers job because they (manager) are pressured by their deadlines and not doing their work properly. They always threaten their employees about their pay, for work they were suppose to do as managers, of which I find it very unprofessional. It is a very unprofessional organisation, specifically Apex.

Good Service from Jabu merchandiser(from Smollam)
I went to checkers hyper today at horizon,I was looking for a scissor,thanks to Jabu the merchandiser,he assisted me up until I found the scissor.I almost gave up,he followed me to the do show me scissor,Thank you Jabu from Smollam,you are professional,you serve with a smile,I appreciate all the help.

Good Service from Jabu merchandiser(from Smollam)

Mistakes on IRP5 - Smollan/Telkom devision
Smollan is absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an employer. Their HR and Payroll department is beyond ***********, after making mistakes on my IRP5 in 2023 they still have not fixed their errors, every day is a struggle to get this resolved, even with an email trail dating back for 9 months they still fail to fix their errors, or taking accountability for the disruption they cause in a employee's life. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!

Smollan is absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an employer. Their HR and Payroll department is beyond ***********, after making mistakes on my IRP5 in 2023 they still have not fixed their errors, every day is a struggle to get this resolved, even with an email trail dating back for 9 months they still fail to fix their errors, or taking accountability for the disruption they cause in a employee's life. Bad company policy
I’m very frustrated with this company’s lack of professionalism. Despite multiple requests, they failed to provide the necessary documents I needed(UI19 and Salary Schedule). This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I would not recommend working with a company that disregards such basic responsibilities.

The company employed a diabolic person as leader,she is a real snake she is based at Smollan Jetpark Hughes.Her name is Teressa Cassamano.The abuse she inflicted on me, her children will pay for it including herself it's only a matter of time.
