I went to checkers hyper today at horizon,I was looking for a scissor,thanks to Jabu the merchandiser,he assisted me up until I found the scissor.I almost gave up,he followed me to the do show me scissor,Thank you Jabu from Smollam,you are professional,you serve with a smile,I appreciate all the help.
They are very bad,no electricity for 10 days,our kids are suffering,have difficulty in studying or writing homeworks,the sick one,who are dependant on electricity are getting worse.
We have a problem,we haven't had electricity since Thursday,city power is not communicating to us,some kids depend on oxygen,they need electricity to survive,no nebs nothing,they don't care,they came on site on Thursday morning,that was the last time we saw them We are being neglected at Roodepoort West,no communication.we can't cook or do anything.and we have prepaid electricity and we don't owe them
Today,I went to Pick n pay,but on my way out had to wait at cinnamon,I was not feeling well,I asked the lady to sit on the outside chairs,she said no,I answered and said are you chasing your customer away,she answered loudly and shouted "get out".I said,are you serious or joking,she repeated the words loudly and said,I said get out,she is a Tswana lady,she called the security to make sure I don't on those outside chairs.I am so disappointed,never expected somebody to speak so rudely,and I told her ,I will report this,she answered and get out,Don't care,That was the first time I experienced this in that shop. Good day! On Friday I booked a gusthouse at Krugersdorp ,Casa Villa for 29/08/2025to 31/08/2025. But the booking when completed stated 31/08/2025 and 01/09/2025. I cancelled immediately, money went through, i called casa villa, they told me they are pull booked, and they did not received any booking. I called they denied the booking ID, now they don't want to refund my money and casa villa guesthouse are no longir answering their calls. It is very bad that I lost money and no one wants to take responsibility and pay the money. Casa villa guestnouse and agoda travelling agincy don't wanna ownup to their mistake.

I went to SARS alberdon today, the humiliation I felt is indescribable, I arrive at 14:20was told by the security and the other lady that it is closed at the gate, the manager was told to come and close the door, when I arrive the security from the gate was there and they said to the door security they must close the door, so the door was closed for me only others where coming in, I was told I am infringing on their rights as employees whe I told themthey cannot tell me to discuss my case at the door in front of everyone, outside, while people were looking at me, I requested to state my case, but was not allowed even to go inside the securities were there to make sure that I am not allowed inside. No one spoke to me afterward, the note at the door says they are suppose to close at 16:00. At Horizon I came before 7,I was told i will be assisted at 16:00,going to SARS is a nightmare.
I bought a pulse oximeter in Novemberdue to probls in keeping safe the slipi tooka photo of the slip kept it in my phone. Now in January my oximeter was broken, they told me they are not considering the slip on the phone, they won't refund me, i have to take something else, i am not haggy with their service, they alwayshumiliate me, it's not the first time, ihave experienced this, kindly assist.
