I’m incredibly disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. It's not even worth a proper review. I submitted a complaint about sour worms that had a strange white substance protruding from them about a month ago. While the company was quick to collect the sample, I’ve received no meaningful feedback since. Worse still, they’ve now completely stopped responding to my emails.
The sweets are great when there are no issues, but the lack of accountability and follow-up is unacceptable. The only reason I’m even writing this is because I’ve just bought another bag with the exact same issue. At this point, I feel so disheartened by the lack of response that I don’t even see the point in complaining again, clearly nothing will be resolved. I’ll be switching to another brand as soon as one gets it right.
