Mistakes on IRP5 - Smollan/Telkom devision

Smollan is absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an employer. Their HR and Payroll department is beyond ***********, after making mistakes on my IRP5 in 2023 they still have not fixed their errors, every day is a struggle to get this resolved, even with an email trail dating back for 9 months they still fail to fix their errors, or taking accountability for the disruption they cause in a employee's life. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
