Terrible service delivery

I'm appalled with the lack of service and expertise I received from SMTAX's Athini Mtetho. A few months ago, I contacted the company to handle my annul tax return, which was not completed, but instead Athini registered my company for VAT, which makes less than R1 million (which is below the required income threshold without my knowledge). He had promised to apply for deregistration, which has still not been completed two months later.
