Unauthorised debit order

I have been debited from my account on a monthly basis. November was R299 and December and Jan R99-00, these debits are made through Stratcol. the bank is also charging me and to get their information from the Bank I paid R50,00 I need my money. I have had enough of this company debiting my account. if this is not resolve this week i will be escalating this matter to the Credit bureau &amp
