Bad customer service

Ordered a cellphone in December 2025. Eventually received the phone, but I have not received a tax invoice from them. They don't answer the phone, and don't respond to emails. So if you want to buy a phone for your business, i would suggest looking elsewhere where you have decent support afterwards to have your admin sorted for your business' tax.
