bought a set of pots and had to return them twice as it had rust mark in the first 2 pots I used only cooked in them and it was full of rust marks. returned the for a full set only to come home washed the according to the care instructions and all of them had rust mark in them took them back for refund at the Kolonnade at sound great only to get feedback that we have to wait 10 days for the refund. First, they didn't want to give our money back and after we told them that we pay they get money immediately they said they will refund us on the card we paid with, but we will have to wait 10 days. we weren't told this beforehand only when everything was done, we were informed about this. not very happy and will never purchase anything there again and very disappointed in Snappy Chef and will never buy their pots again
