We had such a great experience with Snappy Chef Pretoria! January 2026. They assisted us immediately with a Travel Induction stove that we bought 18 months ago in Western Cape. The stove had a fault, and when we asked for assistance, Snappy Chef sent a courier to collect the stove, repaired it, and within a few days, delivered it to us via courier! Thank you so much! It was easy to communicate via Whatsapp.

bought a set of pots and had to return them twice as it had rust mark in the first 2 pots I used only cooked in them and it was full of rust marks. returned the for a full set only to come home washed the according to the care instructions and all of them had rust mark in them took them back for refund at the Kolonnade at sound great only to get feedback that we have to wait 10 days for the refund. First, they didn't want to give our money back and after we told them that we pay they get money immediately they said they will refund us on the card we paid with, but we will have to wait 10 days. we weren't told this beforehand only when everything was done, we were informed about this. not very happy and will never purchase anything there again and very disappointed in Snappy Chef and will never buy their pots again

The best service I have ever experienced. Phillip assisted me . I live in the Free State and my daughter delivered the induction plate for me. I was given a quote for repair and it was done within an hour. They went the extra mile and couriered it ( Free of charge ) to the Free State within a day. Thank you Phillip and Snappy Chef, I will always recommend your product and outstanding service.

Excellent, efficient, super-fast service! Fixed our induction plate in one day and delivered it back home. In a time when service and excellence do no longer exist in most industries this was a welcome surprise. Thank you SO much! It looks brand new.

What a good experience we had with the sales person in woodland stax.By the name of katlego ,she convince my friend to buy something he didn't plan.even if you don't have money no no you will be like am coming back these is a great stuff.
