The best service I have ever experienced. Phillip assisted me . I live in the Free State and my daughter delivered the induction plate for me. I was given a quote for repair and it was done within an hour. They went the extra mile and couriered it ( Free of charge ) to the Free State within a day. I have been attempting to pay my Standard Card account online due to the Corona virus. After two days of holding on the phone listening to messages as to how short staffed and busy the lines are , I managed to finally speak to a std bank.employee. I requested the card banking details in order to add them as a beneficiary in order to make my payment online. The account no I was given is not correct and therefore cannot be loaded. I have sent email requests asking a call from the dept and have continously received a message that they have been unable to contact me on my cell no. Amazing that all my other calls have come through!!!..
I am attempting to replace an Absa debit card during the corona pandemic. It is imperative that I can both deposit monies to cover stop orders and it is also needed in order to draw money to buy food for survival. I have contacted Absa help line and been shunted to one person after another. All I have asked for is a list of Absa banks that are open in order to have a new card issued. I have been given a list of banks , supposedly open, only to find that not one is open.This is a major bank and we are living in an age of on line technology . They are incapable / unwilling ?of handling this modern technology. What am I as a 75 year old person supposed to do?
after 2 years of requesting refund of deposit held by agency, despite legal letters of request as well as owner of property speaking to principal of agency, the estate agency principals and manager are avoiding paying back the amount of R5000.00 plus interest.
