Very bad ,from February they never provided me with service and now they need me to pay for what .they offered me a 5G yesterday they even sent me a link to pay for pro data ,and it was fine when I go to collect they say I must pay promise to pay .WHAT!!!!
From February requesting your call to assist with the network,all you do is to bring the SIM card and now you still want to bring it .no rather the your useless router .and you still continue to invoice me for what ?
Bad bad bad they ***** our money with these things of honouring fee
i called you and let know that where am relocating there is no rain coverage,and still you guys keep billing us with 0GB usage .the plan was month to month .

On the 23th Of September we went to drive thru of KFC in Modimolle the services was bad even attitude from the staff was bad ,we cant wait for 20 minutes on drive thru waiting for ice cream only for items ,and when you complain they say "you can't do nothing" .
What a good experience we had with the sales person in woodland stax.By the name of katlego ,she convince my friend to buy something he didn't plan.even if you don't have money no no you will be like am coming back these is a great stuff.
Reference 810035 .score 0/10 .after 12 days waiting for refund we had agreement that the customer must go to the store and collect money .but boom they need a bank statement,she produced it then they say the system doesn't allow them to give cash .The manager never bothered to call the head office and resolve the issues, because the customer shouldn't have to go back home again without her money .if these is how you will treat people just close the store and move to other town.pooor management skills .and please they must not treat my parents unprofessional because we came to hello Peter.
I'm very unhappy with their service they debited my parent account twice for this month.now is almost 4 working days ,they don't help with nothing the old women is doing up and down.both Modimolle branch and head office are unprofessional.wish they can just the store ,because of poor services
