Trying since 12 March 2025 to do a transfer from my Tax free Shares account o my Tax free Cash account Initial REF:20250312_065803553 - received one phone call to verify the transaction. After that zip, zero, zilch. Emailed them 25 March to confirm shares was sold and in available. Still Nothing! Emailed them 28 March to ask that available funds be transferred as per my instruction of 12 March. Still Nothing On 1st April 2025 the system automatically bought shares again with my available funds because it was never transferred. I emailed them again with a fix request to correct their non-service. Still no contact from FNB Tax free Shares. Almost exactly the same problem with my husbands transfer request.
The flight experience with Airlink is above par, but the finance and administration side needs a serious upgrade. Flights booked U4CP4P JHB to PLZ 2 Oct with return flights 7 Oct PLZ to JHB (July) When the need arose to cancel our return flights the system could not process the cancellation of only the return flight. We therefore cancelled both flights and rebooked new tickets for 2 Oct JHB to PLZ ref LJF9VG. Only to find out Airlink takes 21 days to process refunds - it doesn't happen automatically. They finally emailed us on 7 Oct 2024 just to say the flights are NON-Refundable and we'll receive R324.50 refund per ticket. Your system should be updated that when clients request a cancellation they get a pop-up window stating that the flight is Non-refundable. To email us on the day of our return flight to let us know we can request the flight to be put on hold is like telling someone you have bought them an ice cream cone but it had melted. In the end we paid for 6 tickets in total and only used 2. This left a bitter taste in the mouth. Airlink please upgrade your website you'll have more satisfied customers.
We visit Bean Juice in Veronica Road Magalieskruin. On Sundays only one person operates the whole shop. And what a lovely job she is doing. Latte and Cappuccino were very good, the Quiche perfect and the friendly service well noted and appreciated.
Went early May to close my accounts at Standard bank. The branch can't close Business accounts and said I should contact my Business Banker. Searched and emailed different departments to find out who his Business Banker is. Finally on 9 May I received a reply with a reference they would contact me the next day. BPID: 504566657 : ( C-0023385872 ) Never happened. 13 May I emailed them to let them know I am still waiting. 16 May someone phoned me and instructed me what documents they require as well as how much funds I must transfer out of my business account so that it can by closed that day. 20 May I received a SMS telling me my business account is non compliant. I contacted them via email and was told they just had to reverse some fees that occurred after 16 May and then the account will be closed. 31 May I emailed again for confirmation that the account is closed - no one responded. 6 June I emailed tshwane.businessbanking@standardbank.co.za again and ask why the account is still not clsoed.
We recently had a Sunday wedding at Mooihoek Berry Barn. After learning that they had another wedding the previous evening we arrived 3 hours early to assist getting the venue ready. The Mooihoek-team had already done all the clean-up and was almost finished setting up the last things for the Sunday wedding. This was one of the most fantastic experiences we ever had with a venue. Highly recommended for the great service, friendly and helpful staff, amazing views and beautiful spaces inside and outside the venue.
We recently had a Sunday wedding at Mooihoek Berry Barn with Fat Cats Catering. The food was tasty, and except for one or two small things everything was as requested by the couple. The staff was on point and friendly. Well done!

The MTN APP for Self service RICA is the most pathetic excuse for an APP. MTN, please remove this APP from the APP stores - it is useless When typing the Sim card nr or ID in only the bottom of the text is visible. When trying to "Continue" to take the selfie and upload the documents required the APP does not respond and stays on the screen.
