Standards have dropped!

I was always a fan of Snatcher, especially the incredible deals they always have available. At least until I placed an order successfully in March, only to be told in April that the item I had successfully purchased was no longer in stock. They offered me store credit or a refund and I responded the very next day to request a refund.

It is now 6 months later and despite my countless requests for assistance, I am still waiting for a response from customer service, let alone the money that is rightfully mine.
