The non existent quality of Discovery Bank customer service is quite appalling!! I have had to uninstall an reinstall the banking app on my phone, but now my app has been paused and I am told to phone the ***** number in order to unlock it. I have been on hold, listening to their awful music for over 15 minutes on 5 separate occasions. You would think their ***** department would be a little more prompt, but alas - I'm not sure there is in fact such a thing! Trying to get through to anyone able to assist is virtually impossible, the need to verify my account is also a wild goose chase. While trying to call a standard number for some help, I need to open the banking app in order to verify myself while on the call. Obviously this is IMPOSSIBLE due to my account being paused, and the cause for my call in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic from such a highly esteemed company. I think if I am ever able to unblock my account it will only be to close my account entirely!

I was always a fan of Snatcher, especially the incredible deals they always have available. At least until I placed an order successfully in March, only to be told in April that the item I had successfully purchased was no longer in stock. They offered me store credit or a refund and I responded the very next day to request a refund. It is now 6 months later and despite my countless requests for assistance, I am still waiting for a response from customer service, let alone the money that is rightfully mine.

If I could give this poor excuse for a company -5 stars I would. I've been a customer of Beame's for very many years now but haven been trying to cancel my account since the 10th of May. Every time I've called for assistance I've spent many minutes on hold, before speaking to a consultant who can't actually assist me and being passed on to someone in a different department with the exact same lack of assistance and even more time spent on hold! Despite being unable to pay via debit order for the last few years, as soon as I've submitted my cancelation request a new debit order has suddenly been reinstated which resulted in double payment when I went to pay my account via Ozow as usual. The incompetency and absolutely PATHETIC "customer service" is an embarrassment for the greater Matrix brand.
I used to be a fan of Snatcher, but now they're only proving to be completely ***********! I placed an order on the 21st of March, received an email on the 9th of April informing me that they had no stock of one of the products. I responded the very next day asking them to refund the relevant amount and to this day, a month and a half later, I am STILL waiting for my refund! Every time I email them to follow up I receive the same standard automatic response to say that they will expedite the process. It's completely unacceptable!
