hasnt arrived in 2 weeks

absolutly terrible. It is a **** dont order from them. i orderd shoes on the 4th of December and it has not arrived after 2 weeks! My calls are ignored and when they answer i keep getting a silly excuse that there is something wrong with the delivey or they are handing it over to a different company. RIDICULOUS
