HORRIBLE COMPANY
Terrible experience, ordered sneakers on the 3rd December 2024.Till today no delivery no communication. Their numbers 0623553123 is always on voicemail and they dont respond on WhatsApp. They are a ****!!!

hasnt arrived in 2 weeks
absolutly terrible. It is a **** dont order from them. i orderd shoes on the 4th of December and it has not arrived after 2 weeks! My calls are ignored and when they answer i keep getting a silly excuse that there is something wrong with the delivey or they are handing it over to a different company. RIDICULOUS

I bought shoes on the 27th of November. Delivery was supposed to be by the 5th and to date no have not received the shoes. They do not answer my calls either. The worst is I have to tell my daughter that she can't wear her new sneakers on Christmas. What nonsense of a company. It must be closed.

I paid R1699 to purchase Adidas sneakers from Sneakercrib on 29 Novemver 2024 via online shopping. I received confirmation of my order number and that my order will be delivered between 04 - 09 December 2024. My order has still not been delivered. I have phoned their phone number for over a week and there is no answer. I have e-mailed the shop and they have not responded. I have sent them several WhatsApp's and they are not responding. i think I have been ****med. How can I get my money back?

I’m not certain as to why this company is still in operation cause the services are extremely poor and horrible let alone owned by foreigners. The South African government is something else I’m telling you. This online sneaker shop has to be closed down cause it continuously ****s people non stop without fail. I’m not certain why consumers goods and services allows this kind of **** here in South Africa.
