I’m not certain as to why this company is still in operation cause the services are extremely poor and horrible let alone owned by foreigners. The South African government is something else I’m telling you. This online sneaker shop has to be closed down cause it continuously ****s people non stop without fail. This is the worst currier company I’ve ever came across in my entire life. I don’t know why people still use their services. I’ve been waiting on my order for the last 3 days. I’m not certain as to why they’re not delivered my parcel. The Cape Town and Johannesburg landline is not picked at all. The white bosses are enjoying our money whilst we are suffering and not assisted as per mandate. This country is a Banana Republic truth be told. We live in a Jungle for real. Lord have mercy on your people. The struggle is real black child.

I’m devastated beyond description by this company (Dr Martens) the way their shoes are extremely expensive but the service provided is so poor. I’m uncertain on the way forward to my current predicament as alluded prior that I no longer need the sneakers, been waiting on them for more than two months, their lame policy says 10 to 30 day’s. I’m going to report the company to the consumer protection service provider so an urgent intervention be conducted. I want my money back please. These companies are controlled by the white monopoly systems that are currently killing the black nation. As a black woman am no more naive as prior. I’m very angry at the Dr Martens company. I’m demanding for my money back PERIOD!
Avo is a pathetic company to buy from, am not getting why the company allows suppliers to have unfavourable policies against the very same people that support them (customer’s) I bought a product that costs around R600 but when wanting to return it am expected to pay for my own currier service? What kind of madness is this? I urge all South African citizens not to support the Avo shop cause some suppliers have an extremely crazy policy. White supremacy is killing the black nation cause these very same companies (supplier’s) are owned by white people but I bet it’s the black race that purchases more from these online shops than white people. I plead to S.A citizens NOT to support the Avo app especially my black race cause you’ll be expected to organise your own currier service to come collect the product bought from the online app.
This company is pathetic and useless I’ve ordered a black ladies boot online from the company more than a month ago, to date am awaiting my order as it hasn’t arrived. I’ve been sending the company numerous emails without any responses. I’m not certain on whether my order will still arrive or not? Was I a ****med? Anything is very possible nowadays.
Webafrica together with Vumatel are horrible companies and not understanding why citizens continue to give them business by signing up to their fiber (internet). The internet is beyond poor and extremely slow not forgetting that the customer service is horrific. My personal experience with these intertwined companies is so bad that I regret signing up with them. My internet has been down for the past 5 days in counting and am expected to pay my monthly fee for the poor service I receive on daily basis. I reported the matter several times and using their non productive WhatsApp line that’s not even helpful and has never been ever. There’s no direct line to phone for queries such as slow or down internet besides their non effective WhatsApp line. I need to be compensated for these day’s that the internet hasn’t been working cause I pay their monthly fee fully.
This fiber is extremely slow and has been off for the past 4 day’s now. Nobody is taking my matter seriously nor as a matter of urgency. I regret signing up with this internet service provider. It is pathetic in many ways than one. They’re expecting a full monthly fee from me, selfish reasoning. I’m beyond disappointed. They might as well just uninstall their fiber cause it’s just as useless at this point.
