Horrible Services i need my money back

I ordered my sneakers on the 3rd of December, i received confirmation that i will receive them before the 11th, i still haven't received anything, i tried calling them and emailing them but still haven't gotten any reply, if people have been complaining about this vendor for so long then y is their website still up?? i just thought to check the reviews now, and they terrifying
