I bought shoes on the 27th of November. Delivery was supposed to be by the 5th and to date no have not received the shoes. They do not answer my calls either. The worst is I have to tell my daughter that she can't wear her new sneakers on Christmas. What nonsense of a company. It must be closed.

Clicks Greenstone falsely advertises prices. I got there and they had placed a price of R29.99 on toothbrushes when I get to the till the price has quadrupled to R139. The lady at the till went there and saw the exact same thing and there were more toothbrushes on that isle at the price. Even after the two that I had takento the till. The junior manager was called, he went to the isle and put the stock which was not there then I was called to see the new stock which was not there when I came to take the toothbrushes. I asked to view the camera on the isle, there are no cameras. The manager (Kabelo Sekgalane) says that this has happened before so he is fully aware of this. Absolutely no apology from a the manager and no measures in place to avoid this.
We visited the cell c in Greenstone on Thursday 7/5/20 after my brother was mugged and his phone taken and I wanted to black list the phone. To date I have not received the ITC number for me to open a case. Is Cell C looking for these thugs themselves? What is taking so long to black list a phone? As we speak my brother cannot do his school work work which is posted to a school WhatsApp group because he doesn't have a phone and this whole process is delaying with claiming from insurance. I must personally go to the store which is a risk in this Covid 19 status. Just a simple phone call on what is going on and how will this affect my insurance claim is all I ask. I need for you as cell c to make sure that the insurance does not give me issues because I could not submit all neccessary documents in time because of your incompetence.
