World class service from Sunward Motors in Silverston.
I Bought a 2017 Amarok from Sunward Motors in Silverton, where I received world class service from Spies the salesperson there. After I did many enquiries in the market, he was the only person who contacted me with a very positive approach, and constant feedback. They negotiated a very low interest rate for me at MFC and the full process were handled with pride and very professional. Thank you for excellent service Sunward Motor's, from now on you will handle all my future car deals, best service I received in a very long time. Well done, Spes.

Sale with integrity
Bought my Second car from Herman. Herman and Remona are legends in my eyes. Once again I received an awesome vechile and the deal just was so smooth. Remona service was excellent. She contacted myself and my wife to explain what deal she could do for us. Remona put on a fight with the banks to get the best possible deal and explained everything in detail. Thank you Herman for being patient with me, but your excellent service and honesty will make me buy evertime from you. You do not get honesty and service in today's world but Herman and Remona do have integrity and know what customer service is all about. Thank you once again Herman and Remona for everything.

Sunward Motors Silverton are Dishonest
I bought a Nissan NP200 with 73,000 km from Sunward Motors in Silverton, when I requested a Dekra report, the sales person Jean insisted we use Menlyn Roadworthy Centre, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. They failed to disclose multiple faults that only appeared when I sent the vehicle for service 2 months later. Their inspection report was misleading and inconsistent—the report I received did not match the one they kept. When I contacted them about these issues, they refused to take any responsibility. This dealership is dishonest and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid buying from them.
