After I did many enquiries in the market, he was the only person who contacted me with a very positive approach, and constant feedback. They negotiated a very low interest rate for me at MFC and the full process were handled with pride and very professional. My FNB revolving loan were settled more than a year ago, and I've been trying to close and delete this account off my FNB app and get it removed from all credit statuses on all platform. I've been denied car finance and a credit bank, at my own bank FNB, due to this open account. Every time I phone, they say will be closed with in 48 hours, now almost a year and a half later. So frustrated. FNB, please contact my urgently, to avoid daily complaints untill this is resolved.
Good day. My ref. Nr. is 81B679, and I app**** for finance for A grade and Green status Jeep Rubicon, 2011, last week Thursday 2nd Jan. Your recon department is still waiting for quotes, on roadworthy relevant issues, your advert showed service up to date and now they need to service the Jeep, install rear seatbelts, repair on hand break, repair on roof light, hoping this will not be added to my price and surely hoping this Jeep does not get sold. My insurance has been arranged, and finance has been approved last week already. Please expedite this process for me. Feedback from my sales person has been non-existent. I need to have the vehicle tomorrow, 06 Jan, as my Haval was sold to you early Dec. and I need to go back to work. I went and saw the sales manager past Saturday, and he ensured expediting.
