1st and last ...lesson learned and still struggling with supplier
1st time ordering from this supplier for soap making supplies...1st problem i got charged almost R1400 for courier fees from cape town to margate as an overnight delivery service through their courier service.....then found out it only cost R260 there is no overnight services available for margate area....almost 2 weeks later still not refunded...supplier cant refund if they did not get their money back from their courier.... courier says refunds take 48 to 72 hours......2nd problem run into with supplier......all products and goods ordered from them worth R4438....only has a handwritten sticker on it saying what product it is....no how to use instructions...no safety precautions instructions....now what ingredients is in the product absolutely no more info .....no safety or how to store instructions......that includes sodium hydroxide.....their own mixtures jas no info on ...had to ask and wait days to get recipes that was suppose to be accompanying the self made mixes......and now I am told I have no found grounds and I am accusing them of things when all proof is sitting infront of me....Definitely a 1st and a last ..lesson learned with this supplier
