Stole my sunglasses out of my car

Absolutely horrible car wash. The workers have a tendency of digging into your personal storage compartments - heaven knows what they looking for.

Eventually, they stole my pair of sunglasses out of my car. I reported the incident in real-time with the manager, Dan. Dan has been giving me the run around for months, telling me the owner doesn't want to get involved and the workers will replace my sunglasses. It's been a month - no refund. Just different excuses every time.
