unprofessional soccerkids hub

I recevied a shirt i purchased a shirt from soccerkids more than a week ago, the shirt was not only not even similar to the one I ordered but falling apart by the seams, absolutely terrible quality and not at all what I ordered I have been emailing their support email just to request a refund. I have been kind and cordial but after they have ignored email after email I am utterly disappointed with the unprofessional behavior all im asking is for my R600 back
