No response from Socio-Economic Rights Institute of South Africa

Good Day. I have been forwarding emails to SERI several times and called them on many occasions to find out if they have received my emails regarding issues within the community I reside in but they just do not respond. They do not confirm receipt of emails or respond in any other way.
