VODACOM promised that a consultant will contact us regarding our account and our which has been disconnected because of the billing issues on their side. We have been trying call VODACOM customer service to change our lines to PREPAID but lines get cut halfway through the calls.
VODACOM HAS DISCONNECTED OUR LINES THROUGH NO FAULT OF OURS but them failing to resolve the billing issue. 1. We have queried the once again incorrect invoice with no positive response. 2. We have just received a Vodacom invoice for almost R3000.00. 3 And on this same day we received an invoice from VVM Attorneys on behalf of Vodacom for an amount of almost R7000. When will this matter be resolved because it has been carrying on for a few years now. Vodacom has been billing us incorrectly even though we have been promised that they have corrected our bill but the problems are not being resolved by them at all. 1. 1. Vodacom has waited for the R20 630.36 to accumulate to R26 623.84 and after part of the arranged payments of 2xR1000's was made dated the 29/09/2024 and 30/10/2024, to do a credit of R5 966.73 dated the 25/11/25 for an account which was *****ulently charged to our account, and which was supposed to have been sorted out in the year 2022 already. Payment arrangements were made when our account together with the *****ulent account was at R20 630.36, how did the account suddenly become R26 630.36. PLEASE RELOOK AT THIS STATEMENT BECAUSE THE CREDIT ON THIS STATEMENT IS NOT A TRUE REFLECTION OF WHAT THE CREDIT SHOULD BE.

My premium refund for 17 months was short paid especially for the Motor Vaps product (Scratch and Dent) which according to me was added to my main policy. Now I am being told that I requested that it be cancelled but IWYZE would not pay out any of my claims because I was blacklisted because of them. They saw that I was blacklisted and continued to deduct premiums from my account. According to IWYZE I am being charged monthly servicing fees but I should be charging IWYZE for debit order fees that went of from my account. Please refund my monthly service fees for the 17 months and let us call it quits.
On the previous review I wrote on Hellopeter, IWYZE responded on Hellopeter and advised that they will escalate my query to the relevant department to assist further but have not received any further response from them as yet. IWYZE was supposed to refund me R4450x17 months but only refunded me R66 389.77. They do not want to payout when you are blacklisted but continued to deduct premiums which included premiums for dents and scratches. Good Day. I have been forwarding emails to SERI several times and called them on many occasions to find out if they have received my emails regarding issues within the community I reside in but they just do not respond. They do not confirm receipt of emails or respond in any other way.
STILL NO RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM OSTI IWYZE rejection letter was unfairly upheld by the OSTI. How is my claim rejected by IWYZE and OSTI if at the time of the accident which the other party caused was repaired without any issues. At that same time was IWYZE not supposed to have investigated the cause of the accident, who was at fault and to have contacted the other party after having received the accident report? It seems this has not been done. Take Note that when IWYZE repaired my car at the time, I was not informed about being blacklisted. My car was repaired without any hassles. IWYZE, should be held accountable for not resolving this problem at the beginning of the claim but as a loyal client of IWYZE I am very disappointed. WHY WAS MY CAR REPAIRED IF I WAS BLACKLISTED ALREADY FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, WAS MY CLAIM NOT SUPPOSED TO BE REJECTED AS WELL FOR MY CAR. It is important to note the other party who caused the accident after a few years send a summonds to my house, the Sheriff with the red ants and blacklisted me. At the time I was separated from my husband and had moved out. Someone else signed for the summons but I eventually responded to the other party to resend me the summons which they did. I responded and told them that I did not cause the accident and I requested that they pull a tracker report to see how fast their driver was driving on a 40km/h street but they told me to get my lawyer to respond because my responds is not acceptable. I has to acquire a private lawyer to stop the Sheriff from taking my stuff and the lawyer still needs to be paid. My question is why is the rejection being made by both IWYZE and OSTI on the basis of events that happened a long time after my car was repaired, was everything not supposed to have been resolved with the other party by IWYZE at that same time when my claim was approved. The rejection leaves room for the other party to once more send the Sheriff and the red ants to return and attach my stuff for an accident I did not cause.
