Bad Communication

As far as I undersood I was removed from dept review. Years later I find out im not. I phoned Soer and they gave me a document where they "tried" to phone me. Not one email. But apparently I owe them R7000. (Although they did nothing for me in that time). After that news, I emailed them for the past month getting no reply. That is the problem why I owe them "apparently R7000" in the first place.
