Soer Consultancies give me my cancellation letter
Was last under debt review in 2011. I have been contacting Carissa via email, some times I get a response but not always. I have sent emails to disputeinfo@transunion.co.za and still no luck. What more can a man do to clear his name?

Unfair listing of people credit profile
In 2010 I was under debt review and Soer Consyultancies assisted me with the review, however after I paid up everything they did not furnish me with the Withdrawal Notice nor the Clearance Certificate. Currently I am told the status is still active on the NCR. I have been calling and sending email but no response from the company. This is affecting my credit profile and these company seem not to care, when they are the very same people who approached. Then I was not even knowledgeable and they took advantage of that. No feedback, communication but taking money every month.
Have been trying to get hold of them for the past year but with no luck. They re deducting R 300 every month and I receive no communication from them whatsoever. Do not know where I stand with my debt review??

Bad Communication
As far as I undersood I was removed from dept review. Years later I find out im not. I phoned Soer and they gave me a document where they "tried" to phone me. Not one email. But apparently I owe them R7000. (Although they did nothing for me in that time). After that news, I emailed them for the past month getting no reply. That is the problem why I owe them "apparently R7000" in the first place. Bad communication

But apparently I owe them R7000. (Although they did nothing for me in that time). After that news, I emailed them for the past month getting no reply. That is the problem why I owe them "apparently R7000" in the first place. Bad communication

Going on 5 months now to Cancel my Debt Review ( Worst Debt Consultants Ever )
Back in 2011 I went on to Debt review to assist me with managing my Credit . since I applied to debt review, I have not received any status reports , follow ups or Advise communications. I had to deal with my Creditors My self, request Pay up letters with no advise or assistance from my debt counsellors The only ever correspondence I got from them was regarding there account or when an account dispute with them was the agenda. On top of that I needed to pay them a Monthly Service fee to " Keep my Debt review Status" which I paid loyally until August of this Year when I requested them to Cancel my Debt Review as i have been debt free for over a Year now and all my accounts have been settled. When I First approached the main consultant they where rude and had no idea of my current Credit status , i explained that i have been debt free for over a year now and would like to cancel my Review status so that my credit score will be restored , The consultant said no problem this could take a bit of time even a couple of weeks to contact all my creditors to receive all the payed up letters ... I then complied ,, and followed up twice a week for an entire month ,,, after a month had passed, they then required me to provide Proof of payment to them for a previous year's Service Payments (2017) , I then when couldn't get back to them for some time as i was busy with a big work project and i didn't have the time to go into the bank to retrieve the archived Proof of payments , its seems at this point they completely abandoned the cancellation of my debt review process and just did nothing ,,, in November,, 2 months later I had some available time and proceeded to retrieve the proof of payments as they requested,, after all was in order , I then again followed up twice and week to get feedback on my cancellation. which they kept on telling that they are still waiting on paid up letters I then asked what letters do you need maybe i can help ,,, they apparently were only waiting on two documents ,,, and that is delaying the process, i then contacted the creditors my self and with in 30 min i have both out standing documents . I then sent a Demand Letter to Soer to complete this process now as there are no more outstanding docs , this was the 27th of November ,,, they then sent me a Clearance Certificate , and a Letter of Debt Counselling cancellation. I then Spoke directly to the person that has been dealing with my account and she stated that she has removed me from debt review on the NCR System , and this will take a few days to take an effect ,,, i then Applied two weeks later to Trance Union to check my credit status ,,, and Surprise surprise... they did not cancel my Debt Review status ??? ... I have paid 5 Months for them to drag there feet and not responding to my emails and only occupationally answering there phones ... and the worst is they are closed from the month of December from the 14 Leaving me still stuck with them until they fix what that have been paid to do and that is restore my credit If you are still reading I appreciate sticking with me till now ,,, I hope this sounding board will warn you not to never do business with Soer Consultancies as they are Terrible to deal with and once you are signed up with them they will drag the there feet to do what they are paid to do Hope this warning finds well .....

to have my name removed under debt review
in 2010 I applied for debt administration with Soer consultanices,which is a law firm to help me the application. I have been trying to get hold of them in order for them to remove my name and am not getting any response from their firm. I have called and have sent countless emails to them.<br> <br> I have paid most of the creditors and am only left with two of which now I can manage them. I have asked them what is the procedure to have my name removed and I have never got an answer. the contract was initially for five years and right now they are still debiting my account
