Unfair listing of people credit profile

In 2010 I was under debt review and Soer Consyultancies assisted me with the review, however after I paid up everything they did not furnish me with the Withdrawal Notice nor the Clearance Certificate.

Currently I am told the status is still active on the NCR. I have been calling and sending email but no response from the company.

This is affecting my credit profile and these company seem not to care, when they are the very same people who approached. Then I was not even knowledgeable and they took advantage of that.
