Horrible service

I purchased 12 Chocolate Caramel Cake Cups from Soet Cakes on their website. They advertised cream cheese frosting, but the product we received did not contain any cream cheese frosting. After reporting the issue and providing a photo, I received sarcastic and defensive responses, and was asked to provide a sample, i then providedmy address for them to collect the sample, despite doing so, I was again told that the product contains cream cheese frosting and that was that, this is clearly deceptive advertising.

I will never purchase anything from this bakery again.
