Great customer service and quality product

I don't usually write reviews, but my recent experience with SofaWorx—and especially with Andrea and Matthew deserves recognition.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, Matthew made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to what we were looking for. He asked the right questions, offered helpful suggestions (without being pushy), and guided us to the perfect couch for our space. His professionalism and warm personality made the experience feel personalized and stress-free. Andrea has excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was right. From the moment we started reworking the measurements, up to the delivery stage. She was sooo helpful and patient. I enjoyed the service thoroughly.

The couch we purchased is outstanding. The craftsmanship is clearly high quality—solid frame, plush cushions, and upholstery that not only looks beautiful but feels durable and luxurious. You can tell it’s built to last. It’s the kind of piece that elevates the entire room. Comfort-wise, it’s perfect—supportive without being too firm, and ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.
