On Saturday 18th January 2020 I left my laundry at Soft Elegance in Olivdale and collected it the next day. On Monday I took out my black pants, 1 of the items given at the laundry and noticed that the pants was stuck and had marks similar to burnt marks. After dropping my daughter off I went to the laundry and showed item to "manager" Lovemore. He agreed it was their mistake and will rectify. On Tuesday after several calls, Belinda mentioned there was nothing they could do to the damaged item. After work I went to laundry and Lovemore assured me that he will bring this to the owners attention. To date I have not received any feedback from owners. According to the Consumer Rights Acts, dry cleaners are legally required to take care of anything left with them. As they couldn't rectify item which they damaged I want to be compensated for my belong that was damaged. Terribly frustrated as the owners have not contacted me to resolve. Clearly they don't value their clients or their belongings.
