Paid for a system and now apparently their stock got ****** and they do not have insurance ! How ridiculous ! Have you ever heard of such bull**** ! Blocked me on facebook after I commented on a add of theirs !

Don't Expect After Sales Service
Do not expect good, efficient after-sales service! If anything goes wrong with your system, you need to, at your own cost, remove batteries/inverters etc and send these back to the original equipment manufacturers themselves and then, at your own cost, have the components returned to you and then you have to reinstall these at your own cost.

Do not expect good, efficient after-sales service! If anything goes wrong with your system, you need to, at your own cost, remove batteries/inverters etc and send these back to the original equipment manufacturers themselves and then, at your own cost, have the components returned to you and then you have to reinstall these at your own cost.

Dont use Solar Backup!
They are horrible ! They take your money and the system doesn’t work! They have zero after installation service and installed a very dangerous system at our house. Wish they would give back our money and take their system!!!

They are horrible ! They take your money and the system doesn’t work! They have zero after installation service and installed a very dangerous system at our house. Wish they would give back our money and take their system!!!

Purchase a system in Jan 2020 10 kwh solar system. System install . Added 8 330w panels 4 weeks ago. System made a short . After hours service is non existing. Only a web to lock a call by nobody comes back to you. Not allowed to have the owners number he will phone you when he has time. The worst service that you can get make sure you read the fine print before dealing with them. Please also ask for after service in your province. This will make you pay iff you are out off there range to provide after service the little that they offer.
