I’m Very disappointed in takealot delivery service. They said delivery will take place on Monday, we waited the whole day and then they never showed. So Today (Wednesday) they where suppose to deliver before 5 but the delivery service decided he wants to hang around in Bethal and want to deliver it at 7pm ??? How is that for service! Takealot I always spoke so highly of you but you just lost a very big client!!!
They are horrible ! They take your money and the system doesn’t work! They have zero after installation service and installed a very dangerous system at our house. Wish they would give back our money and take their system!!!
I would just like to thank Dr Janine and all her staff for the amazing service that I received! They were all great and made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend her!
I have tried to cancel my contract for more than n month now. The first few times they haven’t taken the time to even email the cancellation form. The last time they emailed the from I filled it in and send it back immediately. They still haven’t canceled my contract?? The people at costumer care is so incompetent and not helpful at all.
SafariNow doesn’t bother to reply to emails or answer the phone. The website is not user friendly. How are we supposed to go about if they don’t answer??
Horrible customer service!!! Our brand new dishwasher broke and bosch doesn’t want to do anything!! Just use lockdown as an excuse... the dishwasher was 5 months old when it broke and been struggling a long time to get someone to fix it.

What a horrible experience!!! Trying to make a booking online for more than an hour, it kept on saying no available time no matter what day I picked. And the lady on the phone was so incompetent it is so frustrating!
<p>I have never been so disgusted in an airline, when they think it is their fault they will say anything to keep you happy. But as soon they find out it's not their fault they leave you on your own!!!</p>
I ordered pants two weeks ago and every time I phone them they say it's on it's way. And then they said that they would phone ma back within an hour and it's about 6 hours later and I'm still waiting for the call!
