Solar Beam Technologies does not honour their warranty.

Solar Beam Technologies does not honour their warranty and use false advertising. We have a 300litre solar geyser installed in 2016. It came with a 10 year warranty. This was the only reason why we paid Solar Beam the exuberant cost. And because they advertise that they have been in the business since 1978. The geyser rusted through and was replaced in 2017. Now with 4 months left on our warranty, the same thing happened, but they refuse to replace the geyser It seems they have new owners and their office and contact person is one lady in Durban. She firstly tried to imply that the geyser was installed in 2010, therefore out of warranty. Then she disputed the 10 year warranty on the contract. I had to point out the three signatures on the contract next to it. Then she did not know who Dennis Boshoff was who we signed the contract with. She then offered to fix the existing geyser as they do not use the same ***** anymore . I asked her to put it in writing in an email. She has since, responded that she is just visiting the hospital and would do it later, then she was on a skype meeting with her boss and would get back to me. I have asked for someone else to contact, with no response. It has been 3 weeks since their last communication. Please do not fall for their long standing legacy or10 year warranty.
