STAY AWAY - CON ARTISTS
Solar DIY Store, SW Lau.. paid a large deposit after sales agent Dawie, visited premises. Appointment not held and equipment was not delivered. Deposit still not refunded after countless messages and calls.

DO NOT USE FRANK OTTO'S SERVICES
My experience with Frank Otto was not positive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with him in any capacity. He is part of a *****ulent solar company (Solar DIY Store). He came to do the inspection and they have since made several promises and have not performed any results. Avoid company at all costs
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I dealt with SW, Frank Otto and M.W. Koekemoer reg number IE-23658. They operate under INNOVATIVE SOLAR SOLUTIONS and Switch ON Energy. I have paid a 50% deposit more thank 3 week ago and have since not seen any solar panels, proof of supplies order, or refunds. Besides them promising all of the above.
